Pricing

In-person Notary/ Commissioning:

1st-3rd is $28.99 each

4th-6th is $14.99 each

7th+ is $9.99 each

Gold or Red Seal is an additional $1 fee.

Additional fees apply for Power of Attorney Documents or Wills.

Online Commissioning:

$40/ for the first notarization

$20/each for each additional notarization in same appt

Our remote services are offered in compliance with the rules and conditions set out in Ontario's Regulation 431/20 Administering Oath or Declaration Remotely.

We suggest all our clients to confirm with the receiver of the document whether they accept a virtually commissioned document.

As per the Government of Ontario website:

"An oath or declaration may be taken without being in the physical presence of a commissioner if and only if the conditions set out in Regulation 431/20 Administering Oath or Declaration Remotely are met. "
